WHICH PARKINGS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN AT THE AIRPORT?
You can park your car in P1 Long Term, P2 Executive, P2 Genius, P2 Top Car, P3 Express, and P4 Holiday car parks near Malpensa Terminal 1, in P1 and P2 Terminal car parks of Bergamo Orio al Serio airport, and in every parking of Milano Linate (P1 Top Class, P2 Executive, and P3 Smart). Other long-stay parking lots are temporarily closed.
 
Short-term parking is always available with parking meter payment in the dedicated areas. At Linate Airport, motorbike parking is also currently operational.
CAN I MODIFY MY PARKING DATES?
You can change the reservation dates of your online ViaMilano Parking purchase for free up to six hours before you enter the parking lot.
 
The number of changes is unlimited and you can modify the parking period, the type of parking, and also the departure airport (from Linate to Malpensa or vice versa).
 
Here's how to change your reservation:
 
1- Access the MY PURCHASE section on the Home Page of www.viamilanoeshop.eu;
2- Enter your email address and the purchase code received in the confirmation email;
3- Click on the button, select the new parking period and/or airport, and complete the reservation change.
 
In case of a different rate, you will only pay the difference between the new and the old rate.
I PURCHASED A PARKING ONLINE, BUT MY FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELED / REPROGRAMMED. WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
In case of cancellation or new flight scheduling, we advise you to change your parking reservation free of charge (for more details see the previous answer).
 
Alternatively, you can request a voucher for the equivalent value to your parking. The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
 
To request a voucher, send an email to ​infoeshop@seamilano.eu with all the documentation necessary to support the resolution of your practice (e.g. e-ticket of the purchased parking, flight cancellation document).
 
Due to the high number of requests, response times may be delayed.
I PARKED MY CAR IN A PARKING LOT THAT IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. HOW CAN I COLLECT IT?

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL A PARKING RESERVATION FOR THE NEXT MONTHS, HOW CAN I DO IT?
In case you have decided to renounce your trip, you can change your parking reservation for free, as mentioned above.
 
If your reservation cannot be changed, you could also request a voucher for the value of your parking, valid for one year from the date of issue.
 
For the voucher-request, send an email to ​infoeshop@seamilano.eu, attaching a copy of the e-ticket of the parking purchased.
